“It seems the Federation made a deal with the Zinarians by allowing them to build a research facility on the planet. But why would they hide something like that, and why was the facility abandoned a few months ago?”
“Whatever the Zinarians were doing on Odyssey, it doesn’t line up with what is currently known. On examination, they appear to be lying for why the facility was there, and why they left.”
“The Zinarian Empire was once large enough to challenge the combined might of the galaxy on their own, but in the present day the Empire is a shell of it’s former self. Maybe most write them off as no longer a threat, but the Empire and the species as a whole could be seen as desperate.”
